Proceed through Dartmouth, keeping the River Dart on your left. Turn right into Hawley Road, following the signs for Dartmouth Castle and straight over the crossroads into Newcomen Road, which in turn becomes South Town. As the road continues into Warfleet, continue beyond the left hand turn to Dartmouth Castle and the steps to 6 Rosewalk will be found at the end of the row of garages, of which the third one back from the steps belongs to 6 Rosewalk.
