We moved the cellar hatch from the dining room into the utility room to maximise the space and added underfloor heating in the kitchen and hallway as well as new bathrooms with roll tops baths and rainfall walk-in showers. The historic finds continued with the renovation of the bread oven that we had converted into a pizza oven. Samples had been taken from the beams, (truncated)
