Here, facing south / east, there is a beautiful double room, with two large windows facing the garden where you can gaze up to the distant hills. Given its size and the presence of a double opening to the light it is possible to furnish it so as to divide it into two independent spaces suitable for two children. The first floor is completed by the second bathroom, also with windows, and the second bedroom, also with double bed.
An ideal setting for families, convenient to services, with a small enclosed communal garden and the availability of a double garage to house cars, bicycles and whatever is necessary.
