Moving through to the rear of the cottage there is a good sized dining room with a fireplace, fitted shelves in the alcove and stairs leading to the first floor. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with thick oak work tops. There is an integrated dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and a full size range cooker.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with excellent natural light. The modern bathroom has a roll top bath and a beautifully designed sink, basin and towel rail. On the landing there is space for storage and/or a table and lamp. The second floor has a large main bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and a roof light allowing for an abundance of natural light. There is a further en-suite shower room again finished and designed to a high standard.

To the front of the cottage there is a paved pathway with a gravelled terrace for seating with a south/west aspect. The rear garden has steps leading up to a paved terrace ideal for entertaining and dining, This top part of the garden has views over open countryside. There is a garden shed and a pergola to the left which is ideal for relaxing. Flowers and shrubs fill the borders to enclose this pretty garden. Access is from the kitchen or via a side gate past the neighbouring house.

Souldern is a picturesque village pressed up against the Northants border and lies against the wooded park, which runs beside the Ockley Brook as it flows from Tusmore and Croughton to join the river Cherwell. William Wordsworth once visited the village and found it so enchanting he penned a sonnet on "A Parsonage in Oxfordshire".
Being situated down a no through road Souldern lies approximately midway between the towns of Banbury and Bicester, affording excellent communications from either mainline railway stations or the M40 motorway at Junction 10. There are no shops within the village, however it has a public house namely "The Fox Inn".
