The views from here are absolutely fabulous as you have the feeling you are floating in the air, above the sea. The most perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. 



From the living room a small hallway leads to the two double bedrooms and the bathroom in the middle. To the left is the guest bedroom, equipped with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a window overlooking the residential area. 



The bathroom is fully tiled in white and red colours and equipped with a shower with a cabinet, a red sink, a WC, a washing machine and a heated towel rail. There is a storage area above the bathroom. 



To the right is the master bedroom which is also equipped with floor to ceiling wardrobes and has patio doors opening onto the balcony. From this bedroom one can see the sea, the small port in Nea Chora as well as the protected island of Thodorou and the sunset beyond, all the way until Rodopou Peninsula.  



The apartment is set on the last floor of the building. There is a communal roof terrace which houses the solar panels for all 10 apartments of the building block. 



The current owners keep the apartment in excellent condition and have already obtained the legalization documents.
