Two bedroom home with opportunity to improve

21 Catslip is a two bedroom home, offering an opportunity for a purchaser to renovate internally and to potentially improve the current footprint (subject to planning permission). The property is advantageously situated on a corner position and is located upon a quiet lane with lovely countryside views to the rear.

The current home was built in c.1926 and has a traditional layout of sitting room with fireplace to the front and kitchen/dining room to the back. The kitchen has room for a small table and comes fitted with wall and base units. In addition is a cloakroom and a utility which is a more recent addition. On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with integrated storage and a family bathroom.

To the front of the property is a small front lawn and a large hedgerow screening the property to the left hand side. To the rear is a detached garage with power and a long rear garden which is predominantly laid to lawn. The end of the garden has a lovely aspect with views of the surrounding countryside.
