What do you love most about your home?
We love having so much space. Having such big bedrooms means we can comfortably work from home and our kids have plenty of room to play. This block is a lovely community and we are so looked after: our concierge team are particularly friendly and always doing favours for us.Our courtyard is always quiet and feels very protected from the outside world, making our balcony the perfect space to chill out.

Why are you moving?
The only reason we are moving is because our family has outgrown this flat since our second baby daughter arrived. We're moving outside London to find even more space and be closer to Dad's new job.

What do you love about the area?
You'll struggle to find a better connected patch of London than this: Nine Elms tube is only five minutes walk away, while Vauxhall, Stockwell and Wandsworth Road stations are also in easy reach. We will miss the bus that stops outside our front door that gets us to Trafalgar Square in 20 minutes. Living directly above a gym and a Tesco means we're only two minutes away from an evening workout or a late night treat. And being able to just stroll over the road to Larkhall Park makes every sunny day all the more enjoyable.
