What do you love most about your home?
The flat has such a beautiful light that fills the space each day from the large windows and double height ceiling, even in winter on a sunny day you can lie on the sofa and feel the sun on your face. You also get to see an awesome sunset from the balcony. It's a lovely quiet development with friendly neighbours and just a stones throw from the park.

Why are you moving?
We love the flat and it's ideal location but we are moving for the sole reason we need extra space for our growing family.

What do you love about the area?
We have lived in Peckham Rye for almost 10 years and seen it flourish with independent businesses with a strong community spirit. As well as it being amazingly connected by bus and train routes there is something for everyone here, from rooftop cocktails at Forza Wine, superb food at Kudu Grill and great coffee (everywhere) to Yoga Rise, CrossFit and a stunning park on your doorstep. You're not far from East Dulwich either and amongst the boutique shops there's a great food market every Saturday on Northcross road. SE15 has it all!
