IF YOU LIVED HERE
You'll step into your hallway, see the carpeted stairs ahead, and find your double reception to the right. Over 230 square foot in all, with hardwood flooring underfoot, it's a serene and versatile space. To the rear you'll find your equally elegant kitchen/diner of 135 square foot. Your kitchen has a wealth of forest green units, a gas hob, and ceramic sink under the window. French doors open onto your south west facing garden, with neat lawn bookended by large decks and overlooked by a fig tree.
Back through into the hall, you'll note the tucked-away utility and storage spaces before heading up to your first floor. At the top of the stairs is your eighty five square foot bathroom, with alcove bath and dedicated shower cubicle. Light pours onto the bright blue floor through a large window, and a pleasing built-in unit houses both sink and WC.
Along the landing is your first bedroom, over 100 square foot with a view to the garden. Your second bedroom has its own bay window, built-in storage and an incredible 175 square foot to stretch out in. Soft pale carpet lies underfoot, and there's a whole wall of bespoke storage including two double wardrobes in bold blue.
Up into your converted loft, you'll find your third bedroom of eighty square foot. Opposite is your second bathroom, all in white with matching modern suite, skylight and cubicle shower. Lastly you'll discover your fourth 140 square foot bedroom, with twin skylights and recessed lighting above, plus a pleasing window seat. Lots of eaves storage here too.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER.....
"We’ve spent the past 3 years completely renovating this house, and it’s been a joy to slowly turn it into a home. We uncovered original features, such as the living room floor boards, as well as new additions like the kitchen, the loft conversion and loads of built in storage throughout! The south-west facing garden is a great little oasis which becomes an extension of the kitchen in the summer months. Thanks to the quiet street and lovely neighbours, it is a very peaceful home.
The house is a 5 minute walk from amazing cafes and shops of Francis Road. Yardarm, Marmelo and Morny are all excellent. We also have some fantastic local pubs and restaurants within a short walking distance – Northcote Arms, Heathcote and Star and Fillibrook being our favourites. Living so close to the central line is a big bonus, allowing us to be in central London in under 30 minutes."
