What do you love most about your home? We love the layout and modern decor of the flat, with the big kitchen/diner going straight out onto the balcony, it's perfect for having friends over. Large windows in all rooms brings in lots of natural light, and there is a very Scandinavian feeling to the decor with exposed wood around our windows.
For home working, having the second bedroom to use as a home office has been a lifesaver. The flat is super well insulated making it really cosy as well as keeping the bills down. There's secure bike storage which comes in handy in London! The flat itself has also got great storage built in, rare to find in London!
We share a garden with the other neighbours in the building, and having a green space on your doorstep has been a treat! The sense of community with the neighbours has made it an even better experience.
Why are you moving? We're moving abroad, hence why we need to move out. We're sad to let the flat go as it's been an amazing home!
What do you love about the area? The location is superb, 5 mins walk to Burgess park and less than 10 minutes walk to Camberwell Green and Peckham. Particularly going to miss the pies at the Camberwell Arms, the hot pots Silk Road, pale ales at Stormbird and coffee from Fowlds in Burgess Park.
