Location
This beautiful complex is located in the heart of Florentine Chianti near Barberino Tavernelle. It enjoys the absolute tranquillity of the Tuscan hills, in a dominant and sunny position. On top of a hill from which you can admire a suggestive, typical Tuscan landscape with a view of the surrounding valleys, vineyards and olive groves.
Description
The farm consists of a main villa, the oldest one, on three levels. You enter the ground floor where you can appreciate two flats used for agritourism activities, reception and offices at the service of the company, other spaces are intended for the public where it was made a wonderful dining area, a storage warehouse and a room where the property organizes cooking classes typical Tuscan.
On the first floor there are four bright flats, now for the private use of the owners, the second floor is used entirely as a warehouse. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden used as a relaxation and entertainment area.
The second house of about 306 square metres is entirely destined for receptive activity divided into four flats surrounded by a beautiful private garden with swimming pool.
Slightly downstream from the villa is the second house of 952 square meters structured on three levels. The two lower floors of this part are used as a warehouse while the upper floor is divided into three flats.
The property is completed by three other farms for a total of 2350 square metres. One building is destined for the restaurant of the agritourism as well as hosting two flats for guests on the first floor. The other building is developed on two floors and consists of two independent buildings used partly for housing and partly for storage. The last asset, no less beautiful, consists of three flats.

The farmhouses, like the main villa, are surrounded by well-kept gardens and ample space for manoeuvring and parking. A beautiful swimming pool can be appreciated near one of the farms, the flats have balconies and terraces from which to admire the surrounding valleys, typical of Tuscany.
The land is about 113 hectares, most of the surface is covered by arable land, 44.7 hectares, the bosto extends for about 42 hectares while the olive grove 11 hectares and the vineyard for almost 16 hectares.
The wines produced are Chianti DOGC (20,000 bottles), Chianti Superiore DOGC (6,000 bottles), Toscana Rosso IGT (16,000 bottles), Toscana Bianco IGT (5,300 bottles) and the flagship wine, awarded all over the world, Vinsanto drl Chianti Doc, produced in only 600 bottles.
State and finishings
The farm is in good condition, excellent as regards the main villa, the part intended for the restaurant and the cellar. The facades are partly plastered and partly in stone. The materials used are typical Tuscan such as wood, stone and antique terracotta.
Potential uses
The farm is in full production both from the point of view of wine production and receptive. It is perfect for a family that has a passion for the production of wine, oil and the search for the precious white truffle.
