What do you love most about your home?
We really love our flat and it works really well for our small family (2 adults and 2 kids). It has large spacious windows in the front room and space there and is really well laid out. It gets a nice amount of light without getting too warm in the summer and it's never cold in winter (we've hardly ever turned the heating on!). Also we have great water pressure (and heat) from taps and showers (this is actually quite important to us!).

Why are you moving?
Schools. We have our kids in local primary / nursery schools we really like so we are moving with one eye to secondary school catchment areas. We are keen to remain close as we've built up a really great network of friends where we are.

What do you love about the area?
As noted above, the area has an excellent community and we've made lots of really strong friendships, our neighbours are all good friends. There's a real community spirit around the development with both established and local businesses e.g. Guard House, Dial Arch, Tap Room pubs, Tesco, M&S, Boulangerie Jade coffee shop, Yoga Space, Farmers Markets, local daily coffee and food vans. The area has excellent travel links via train to Charing Cross/Cannon Street/London Bridge/King Cross/Blackfriars, DLR and clipper ferries.
