In the historic center of Vico del Gargano (FG) in the heart of the wonderful peninsula of the Gargano, we sell a detached villa on three levels with a garden and land of approximately 900 sq.m. The basement floor of approximately 45 sq.m. is used as a garage in one unique room; the ground floor of another 45 sq.m. is divided into a living room entrance area with heating fireplace, a kitchen-diner and a bathroom. Vico del Gargano, calle "village of love", is characterized by old wooden doors and portals and buildings in stone of very antique origin. In the hamlet it is possible to find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, great typical restaurants, pizzerias, post office and banks, but also gym, steakhouse and shops of any other kind.
Vico del Gargano is part of the Parco Nazionale del Gargano and of the Comunità Montana del Gargano and is the door of the magnificent Foresta Umbra. It is one of the municipalities of the "Most beautiful hamlets in Italy". It is part of the "Città sane" net. Its neighborhoods San Menaio and Calenella are two sea towns located 5 km away from the village.
