We love the abundance of light and views over the city that come from the full height windows, oh and the sunsets!

We are planning to start a family so need more space and want to be closer to our families.

We love the mix of real people and will miss being in the middle of big city life. We love being amongst all the different cultures that call this area home. South Bermondsey is undergoing an exciting regeneration project, with the addition of dining venues, bars and independent shops. Transport for London is also consulting on an extension to the Bakerloo underground line, which will extend further down the Old Kent Road and enable travel into the heart of London in a matter of minutes. Currently, the nearest bus stop services five bus routes, including two night buses, so transport links from here are great!
