What do you love most about your home?
There are lots we love about the apartment, and when we do move out we will be sad to say goodbye. For us as busy professionals the apartment has been an absolute joy due to its location and it being very easy to maintain. The modern fixtures and fittings, along with the fantastic upkeep of the development makes it feel like you are returning to a brand new home every day. The apartment is a flexible space that has allowed us time and time again to move things around, creating various different spaces, designed around our needs - dinner party for 12, extended workout space etc. When the sun hits the balcony around 3pm, it becomes our own oasis. Depending on the day of the week, its purpose transforms from the perfect working from home spot, to an outdoor entertaining space for friends to enjoy a few drinks on or a peaceful yoga space. It really is one of our favourite areas of the apartment. Additionally, the communal areas within the development are a wonderful place to relax, and walking through the gardens offers you that quick escape from the desk to refresh the body and mind. Finally one of our biggest loves of living here is the community, the central group keeps you up to date with everything that is going on, and is a place to ask the odd favour or help someone out with a missing cooking ingredient. It really is a friendly, safe and welcoming place to live, with everyone going about their business but always having time to say hello. Last but not least, the location of the apartment makes it easy to get anywhere in London, with a 6min walk to Queen's Road Peckham and then only a 7minute journey into central London.

Why are you moving?
What started out as an apartment for one, soon became an apartment for two. Now that we are married, we are seeking to move as our family grows.
What do you love about the area?
We moved to Peckham a few years ago, not knowing much about the area and in that short time, according to The Sunday Times, the place has transformed into one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in the world, which we definitely agree with. From the delicious coffee that Nola and Well & Fed serve up, to the street food vendors on Levels 5, to the summer nights spent sipping a cocktail on the roof at Franks, to watching the latest film at the open air cinema, to trying a new beer at the Peckham Brewery, Peckham really has lots going on. On top of its food and drink offering, there are many shops including three supermarkets all within a 5min walk. Peckham has many open spaces to explore from Peckham Rye to Burgess Park, and if you want to step out of the neighbourhood, in around 20mins (via a walk, bus, train or drive) you can be in the beautiful Greenwich, next to the Shard at London Bridge or in the bustling Clapham, Brixton or Camberwell. Peckham really is a neighbourhood that has it all.
