What do you love most about your home?
I love the large private south facing terrace which stretches the length of the flat, making every room bright, airy and perfect for growing plants. It's so rare to find such an amazing outdoor space in zone 2. I just had to have it!

Why are you moving?
It was a tough decision to sell the flat because I love the area and how homely the flat feels. However, I am moving out of London to buy a new house with my partner.

What do you love about the area?
I love waking up on a Saturday morning and being 2 minutes walk away from the start of the Burgess Park Parkrun. Followed by a coffee and pastry at Fowlds cafe. We're within walking distance of Elephant & Castle, Peckham and Camberwell, which offers a wonderful selection of weekend activities and nightlife for food, drink and entertainment. The Peckham Plex is by far the best place to watch films in London and in the Levels above there's an epic food scene to enjoy before or after. For a flat so well connected and close to the city, the location on Burgess Park and quiet outdoor space makes it feel like a haven away from the bustling streets.
