What do you love most about your home? The natural light. Both the living room and the second bedroom have huge windows and receive fantastic sunlight in the afternoons/evenings. There is also of course the west facing balcony with a wide open view that includes the London Shard. The thick double glazed windows provide excellent sound proofing, and heat preservation in the winter. The main bedroom is particularly quiet.

What do you love about the area? Bermondsey Street, just a minute away, is rightly one of London's most popular and best loved streets. It has
many fantastic restaurants (favourite being The Garrison), cafes (favourite being Fuckoffee), boutiques, delicatessens, shops, wine bars, pubs, co-working spaces, and the park with four tennis courts always buzzing in the spring & summer. The annual Bermondsey Street festival also has a great vibe and gets bigger every year. Nearby Vinegar Yard (behind London Bridge station); is a hugely popular outdoor street food and drink hang out with bars and market stalls on the weekend. Bermondsey Square, just a stone's throw from the apartment, has an art house cinema, a cafe, and a convenient Sainsbury's Local. The area also boasts the world famous Borough Market, the Maltby Street food market, the river, Tower Bridge, Tate Modern, Southbank etc all within walking distance. There are also many fantastic gyms in the area, my favourite being Third Space Tower Bridge; which has everything including a great swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.
