Our View

If your looking for an apartment that is centrally located to all of Bognor's amenities then this is it!. It has been extremely well cared for via the current owners, with neutral decor and both modern kitchen and bathroom/wc. It is an excellent size and boasts of the larger lounges that we have seen for a long time. We feel the apartment could be suited for either first time buyers, investor or as the current owners use as a holiday home. We strongly recommend an internal inspection
