The property has spacious and flexible living accommodation throughout having been both modernised and extended over the years by past and present owners. Whilst not listed the property has a wealth of style and character, typical of both its era and indeed its importance as a prominent hub of the local community when constructed

Impressive ornate fireplaces and many rooms with moulded covings and timber flooring. Former Rectories are generally considered to be particularly elegant homes, commanding the finest settings within any community.

The Setting
Whilst located within the heart of the Hamlet, the property is well screened from any neighbouring properties, approached by a sweeping private drive, leading to an extensive parking and turning area at the front of the property. Treborough, whilst located within the beautiful Exmoor National Park, is tucked away from the tourist hustle and bustle but still within convenient reach of the B3224 (giving good access to the east towards Taunton and to the west towards Barnstaple and the North Devon coast) as well as being within a short drive of Dulverton (to the south), Minehead and Williton (to the north).

The Hamlet is located within the Brendon Hills, on the eastern edge of the Exmoor National Park, an area with stunning commanding views over rolling countryside and towards the West Somerset coast, Bristol Chanel and Welsh Coast. For those that love walking and riding, then Exmoor offers some 265 square miles of wonderful countryside, dotted with quaint country villages, high heather clad moorland, Farmsteads and deep wooded river valleys as well as some of the highest Marine Cliffs in England, along the North Devon/Exmoor coast.
