What do you love most about your home/property?
We loved living in this flat because it felt modern and spacious. The main reception room has a wall full of windows looking onto the courtyard which always meant that it was bright. The mews itself has 9 flats and always had a lovely sense of community which we felt fortunate to be part of. In the summer months there were often joint bbq's where people would get together. As it is gated we always felt very safe and secure there which was an added bonus when we went away.
Why are you selling?
We have had this beautiful flat for 12 years now, most of that time we have lived there, but for the past few years it has been rented out to some very happy tenants. Now is the right time for us to be selling as our circumstances have changed
What do you love about the area?
We lived in Archway for many many years and always loved the area. It is brilliantly located in zone 2 with quick, easy access into central London. It's also walking distance to Hampstead Heath as well as Crouch End and Upper Street. It's full of lovely pubs (the landseer being a particular favourite) and coffee shops (the spoke at the end of this road)".
