What do you love most about your home?

"There really are many highlights to this property but what sold it to me was how spacious it is. Firstly there are 3 separate storage cupboards, that kind of space is something you just can't find in a new build property! The bedroom is a lovely size which is why I installed a huge double wardrobe. The separate galley style kitchen has room for a breakfast table whilst the living room is spacious enough to contain my home office setup too. Plus being on the top floor, there's an abundance of natural light and during the hot summer months you benefit from a cooling through-breeze. Another huge bonus is there's a private car parking area at the rear of the property too!"

Why are you selling?

"It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to leave this much loved flat. Hoxton is a fantastic area with so much to do but after living here for 10 years I know it's now time to find a new home where I can start a family of my own. I wish I could keep the flat because it's been such a great investment and I have so many happy memories, I know the next owner will really enjoy living here."

"There's just too much to say about this amazing area. It's certainly a prime location! You're a short walk to the beautiful Regents Canal. Walk in one direction towards Angel Islington and Upper St where there's an incredible selection of restaurants catering for every culinary delight. Walk in the other direction along the canal towards the vibrant Broadway Market to sample it's many delicacies and you'll reach the magnificent Victoria Park. Old Street and Shoreditch with their trendy nightlife and bars are within easy reach. Shoreditch Park is only moments away with its newly built Leisure Centre which includes a state of the art gym and swimming pool. Nearby bus routes, tube and overground stations (Angel/Old Street/Highbury Islington/Hoxton) provide incredible access across the whole of London with the financial hub of the City only a 20 minutes walk away. You're spoilt for choice for nearby breakfast and brunch options too, plus your local pub the famous Wenlock Arms, is only a stone's throw away."
