The lounge has a large corner sofa seating area which includes a pull out small double sofa bed. The end double patio doors open up onto a private decked balcony area which has a picnic bench for outdoor dining. The caravan is equipped with central heating throughout and has a free view TV and dvd player , also included in the sale. The lounge has a fireplace with an electric fire .

On the front across the path from the caravan is a large lawn area including a small outdoor play area for young children . There is an outdoor heated seasonal pool free to use for owners and guests. The park also has a games room, fishing lakes, camp shop and small pub (seasonal).

The caravan is available to use for 11 months of the year (to owners) . The caravan is currently sublet as a holiday home by the current owner, images/information on the caravan are also available to view via booking.com website.

Please note - pitch fees have already been paid for 2023, next fees due in December 2023 by the new owners/buyers.

A 3 year electric safety check was carried out in February 2023 , all up to date. A Gas boiler service and safety checks were also completed in February 2023 , all up to date.
