What do you love most about your home/property?
We love spending time in our wonderful, spacious garden. It is great for entertaining and relaxing in the evening after work!
We also love having a large living area that is separate from the kitchen and having plenty of storage. We have a loft which you don't get in many flats.
It's also great having a private entrance.
Why are you selling?
We have recently got married and we want to move out of London to start a family.
What do you love about the area?
There are great transport links with Stockwell station a 5 mins walk away with a 24hr tube and Nine Elms 10 minutes away.
We are never short of something to do with 20 minute walks to Brixton, Clapham and Battersea Power Station.
We have a dog and there is a lovely dog community around here with plenty of walks and parks nearby.
In a few minutes walking distance there are fantastic Portuguese restaurants and English pubs with amazing food
