· Double bedroom with balcony doors leading to wooden decking overlooking the vineyard and plot of land - ideal for those sunny morning breakfasts. There is also a storage area accessed via the bedroom.

The cottage has a newly tiled roof and newly tiled ceramic floors throughout. Electricity and water are connected to the property.

Some furniture can be included if required - negotiations direct with the owners.

Outdoor Facilities
A newly constructed concrete rump leads from the village road to the cottage.
Directly outside the front door there is a tiled veranda overlooking the whole plot
From the bedroom there are double doors leading to a wooden decking - overlooking the recently planted vineyard (33 vines), fruit trees and across the remaining land
There is a stone laid patio to the side of the property and the original bread oven - an ideal BBQ area as it catches the early evening sun
There is a well on the land, which provides water for the watering of the vines & trees.
