This magnificent private two-story villa basks on the warmth of the Cretan sun. Well-manicured lawns surround the large salt water swimming pool of the villa, covering the sunbathing and BBQ areas that spread out like a carpet before it.

The building itself is a three-part structure, the middle part being the main body which stands higher than its left and right side, crowned by a pitched roof on top. The whole structure is lined with large double glazed, aluminum sliding doors and windows, which manage to bring the beautiful outdoors and the precious sunlight indoors.

Villa layout: The interior of the ground floor is a contemporary open plan kitchen/ living / dining space that is graced with beautifully crafted stone walls and tile flooring, two features that bring out an earthy sense of warmth. The kitchen is modern, equipped with cutting edge appliances and furnished with fitted cabinets. A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and immediate access to the pool area complete the ensemble of the ground floor. An interior staircase takes us upstairs where two more bedrooms and an upper floor bathroom are located. The bedrooms, spacious and sunny, with wooden-like flooring and the same beautiful stone walls as the ground floor, have access to their own balconies, where one can sit and enjoy the peaceful mountain/countryside views.

Outdoor: The outdoors, the area around the pool, the well-manicured lawn, and the trees on the back of the property offer more than enough privacy and space for relaxation and sunbathing.

Built in 2016, the villa has made use of high quality, energy efficient materials, it uses solar panels for water heating and air-conditioning units for temperature control. The discrete quality and the evoking views exude a soothing sense of tranquility and peacefulness.

The district of Apokoronas in the north-eastern corner of the Chania prefecture and at the foot of the White Mountains is one of the greenest regions of Crete and contains some interesting sights, such as Lake Kournas, the island's only freshwater lake, picturesque villages and large sandy beaches. Litsarda, is a small traditional village, located at an altitude of 282 meters southeast of Vamos. The village was first mentioned during the 17th century and many of its buildings have stood the test of time, preserving their older architectural features. To the east of the village lies the forest of Roupakias, where reopened old paths connect 4 villages (Xirosterni, Kefalas, Likotinara and Litsarda) together, becoming a natural attraction for a lot of visitors. Local amenities include cafes, tavernas and shops, as well as a 24-hour health center. The nearest sandy beach is in Almyrida at 7 km while Georgioupoli seaside resort is only 9 km away.
