Detached bungalow conveniently located at the southwest end of the town of Auchterarder. With amenities within walking distance and easy access back onto the A9

The property was built around 1970 and would benefit from a degree of modernisation. It is of non-traditional, concrete sectional, construction with an external render and concrete tiles on the roof. The double-glazed windows, soffits and barge boards are of uPVC. It sits in a generous south facing corner plot with grounds to the front, side and rear.

The kitchen, although in need of upgrading, is fitted with base and wall mounted units, worktops, inset stainless steel 1½ bowl sink with mixer tap, tiled splashbacks and space for a free-standing cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. The boiler cupboard houses the wall mounted Worcester gas boiler. A window overlooks the rear garden and there are both an external glazed door and an internal door returning to the hallway.

The bathroom requires some modernisation and comprises WC, wash basin, bath with electric shower above. There is wall tiling to dado height and a window to the rear for natural light.

The two double bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes.
