The Bentlands lies approximately 1/2 a mile from Broseley town centre where there are an array of local amenities including doctors and chemist. Just a 1½ miles down the road is the World Heritage site of the Ironbridge Gorge a popular tourist destination and a town at the fore front of the industrial revolution. With modern Telford Town approximately 7 miles away and offering major departmental stores, leisure facilities, railway station and access to the motorway network via the M54.
