The property is located on the edge of Hade Edge, a small rurally positioned village near to the market town of Holmfirth, West Yorkshire (situated 2 miles to the north of Hade Edge). The property fronts Dunford Road, which exits the village to the south, towards Dunford Bridge, which lies on the edge of the Peak District National Park (the Park boundary being around 850m to the south of the property).
