We really think you will love this room.

A timber door opens to the dining room which also benefits from the heat from the aforementioned stove. The garden facing kitchen is to your right and comprises of a range of timber effect flat fronted units and granite effect surfaces. There is a stable door, a Rangemaster cooker with 5 burner LPG hob, a wok burner, an electric grill and 2 electric ovens. There is also an integrated dish washer.

But where this charming Cottage also really shines is in the Orangerie. Now you have a beautiful garden room with a panoramic outlook to enjoy all year round! It is a good sized room and brings with it a third reception room with a difference! The recessed lighting that runs around the lantern makes this a lovely room!

Moving upstairs and we think you might be impressed with the landing. It is a good size and features a useful timber storage unit with a further full height two door wardrobe. The angled landing ceiling was straightened for more loft space and additional beams were installed in the loft.
The master bedroom is front facing and features a built-in wardrobe either side of an illuminated recess. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 enjoy a pleasing Countryside outlook with bedroom 3 also benefitting from an additional side facing window and a built in wardrobe with space over that.
In the bathroom the sellers retained the cast iron deep panelled bath which really retains the heat and installed an electric shower and tiled surround. A basin with chrome mixer tap and WC with water saving options were installed to make up the three piece suite.

The loft was professionally insulated and boarded out in 2014. It now has multiple electric sockets and a security light over the loft hatch that will stay on for three hours for your safety if there was a power cut. They added a pull down ladder.

Outdoors is the place to be and this garden is going to deliver - both throughout the day and at night! There is some landscaping to be done here but when it is done this is a place you are going to want to be - time and time again! We could rightly say that the garden is deep, wide and natural - highly popular with a variety of birds and wildlife! There is an apple tree, a mulberry tree and blackcurrant canes. In fact our seller wanted us to tell you "the gardens at night are particularly beautiful and peaceful as you can star gaze with no light or noise pollution and in total privacy." How many can say that!

A final thought about the garden from us is that the section behind the work shop could compare to most back gardens in this price range alone!
