This is a brand new, very well-presented modern apartment close to the seafront and the hospital with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (of which one is an en-suite), and a brand-new king-size sofa bed available for groups of 6 guests.
The space

Easy to walk into town, but also loads of nice venues on the doorstep.

Quiet, clean, practical and well-appointed. The penthouse benefits from high-speed WiFi, TV, a spacious dining table, a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living. The bedrooms provide comfortable bedding, with 2 double beds and a king-size sofa bed in the living room. There is a balcony with opening doors in the living room, which is great for those hot summer days!

The space is modern, stylish, and spacious. We offer a living room equipped with a king-size sofa bed for those larger groups or families.

Brighton is known for its slightly bohemian vibe. Kemptown, where this apartment is located, is no different. 5 minutes' walk from the beach, there are plenty of independent cafes and restaurants nearby. To give you a flavour, you will find a little Coop and Budgets supermarket within 5 minutes' walk, an independent bookshop (coffee served), a bakery, a wine cellar all within close proximity as well.

Paid street parking is available. Buzz Bingo in the Freshfield Business Park is within 2 minutes' walk. Here you can park your car for a rate of £18.20 per 24 hours (2 hours £4.20). This can be purchased through a GroupNexus app and renewing your car park ticket can be done remotely. There is also 24-hour paid on-street parking in streets further up from the beach. The street where the apartment is located will only allow up to 11 hours paid parking, but you can unload your car in front of the apartment complex.
