The property consists of two studio apartments on the ground floor and a maisonette on the upper 2 floors. Entering the courtyard, on the right side there is an apartment that comprises a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards, the bathroom has a bathtub and the bedroom has a large wardrobe. On the left side of the courtyard there is the second apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with granite worktops and many cupboards. Both apartments are accessed independently.

The maisonette occupies the middle and the top floor. Entering from the main entrance there is an open plan living/dining room with fireplace, while at the rear there is the kitchen with granite worktops, plenty of cupboards and fitted electric appliances. A balcony door opens from the living room to a large terrace with beautiful sea views. The floor also includes one bedroom and a bathroom. An internal white marble staircase leads to the second floor where we meet the three other bedrooms, one en-suite and all with fitted spacious wardrobes.

At the back side of the land plot there is a spacious tiled barbecue area and extra room to make a garden. The land plot is enclosed by wall and includes a parking area for two vehicles. We can easily reach Kasteli and Chania within 10 and 30 minutes' drive respectively. The property has cameras around the building.
