In addition to an upper floor sun loggia commanding spectacular views, there is a fascinating former sculpture’s studio with a full height ceiling. This room has more recently been used as a very spacious library/study with a dark room, but it is thought suitable for a multitude of other uses.

The views are truly panoramic from many of the rooms in the house with aspects in all directions. The principle south facing views are commanding and extend over the town to the English Channel and along the coastline.

The accommodation would benefit from updating but is considered worthy of any expenditure required due to the stunning location.

North Road is a highly regarded hillside location in the popular town of Hythe. The location is a vantage point from which to enjoy outstanding views towards the English Channel. This property is set in an especially fortunate position within the road.

This ancient Cinque Port town is well served by a choice of leisure amenities including golf, tennis, bowls, sailing, windsurfing and football, there are excellent travel links including Sandling railway station, M20 motorway (Jct. 11), the nearby Channel Tunnel and HS1 services from Folkestone and Ashford.
