Climbing the attractive period timber staircase, the half landing splits to give two sides to the bedroom accommodation. To your left, you find two very generous double aspect bedrooms both enjoying views across the countryside to the south and east.    

At the western side of the first floor is the good-sized master bedroom with en suite shower room, built-in wardrobes and shelving completing the picture.

The top floor provides some excellent and really versatile accommodation.  Here you find a fresh and tidy kitchenette and breakfast room with hob, microwave, integrated fridge and sink with units.  There is a wonderful double bedroom (5) and a shower room.  Also off the top landing is a gorgeous little attic space with delightful windows in the eaves roof space.  

Outside 

From the back door and across the gravel drive is a fantastic self-contained annexe which our client has used for many years as a yoga studio. Clearly it could provide a number of uses, be that an art studio or extra accommodation for teenagers. To one end there is a shower room and also an independent boiler. 

The gardens and grounds of Red Hill House are particularly magical.  There are various lawned areas and some wild parts, fantastic for nature and children building camps.  There are a variety of fine trees and shrubs and the whole feeling is very naturalistic.  Up at the top of the garden there is large greenhouse, a masonry built shed which attaches to the yoga studio and a timber sauna. A raised deck above the vegetable patch is an ideal place to sit and enjoy the views and surrounding countryside. 

Access to Redhill House is via electric gates which open to ample driveway parking. Positioned near to the house is a rainwater harvesting tank ideal for watering the gardens.
