Our sister Company, Whitby Holiday Cottages Ltd., also represents a significant player in the tourist industry now, responsible for organising over 3,500 self-catering holiday bookings a year.

We are retained by many major Institutions and Companies who have relied on our local expertise and specialist knowledge in delivering important projects within the Whitby and North Yorkshire Moors area, which have made a major contribution to the renaissance the town has enjoyed in recent times.

I made a conscious decision to keep this business operating as a single office practice in order that we could concentrate all our energies and attention to our own area of operation and as such we have secured our position as market leaders. We continue to forge strong links with important associated Companies in the wider Yorkshire region, with whom we enjoy a mutually beneficial relationship in connection with specialist and high-value properties, and prominent development schemes, all of which have brought considerable investment to the town.
