Description
Description
Set in a distinctive position on the east shores of Loch Fyne, Hynish is an impressive detached villa in a stunning setting. Uniquely designed by the current owner to enjoy the spectacular outlook, this contemporary home spans over two levels and arguably boasts some of the most spectacular views and sunsets in Argyll.
The accommodation begins with welcoming entrance hallway with living room and kitchen off. The living room is a bright and inviting space with large picture windows overlooking the loch and feature fireplace with wood burning stove.
The light and airy dining kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with a range of high and low wall mounted cabinetry and an abundance of worktop space. The kitchen also benefits from large picture windows and dual aspects over the garden. There is a handy utility room off, plus an additional day room currently in use as a study, both with access leading outside. The downstairs level benefits from underfloor heating throughout.
The first floor offers four double bedrooms centred around a spacious landing, two with shower ensuite and in-built wardrobes, and all with lovely elevated views. A main family bathroom with three piece suite completes this level.
Hynish sits on a well-maintained plot of around 0.7 acres, including a large portion at the rear which extends beyond the fenced gardens and a strip of ground on the foreshore which has steps down to the beach. The grounds are principally laid to lawn with a large gravelled parking area accessed through the gated driveway and south facing back garden. There is a large detached garage with additional log store and separate shed.
