Thorney Lakes Golf Course is situated on the outskirts of the cathedral city of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire (9 miles to the west). This well respected and long established 18 hole championship course boasts a driving range and practice green. This stunning 40' x 20' Atlas Oakwood is only available here at Thorney Lakes Golf Club. With its open plan kitchen dining family room opening out to the extensive decking, you truly will feel like you've ventured into your own slice of paradise.
Step through the sliding patio doors and into the Oakwood Lodge and you will be immediately struck by the large open plan living area with its generous L-shaped sofa. The modern floating drawer unit with a media wall above, provides excellent storage and also contains an electric fire.
The dining area has a freestanding dining table and 6 chairs, while sliding mirror doors conceal the washer/dryer and offer further storage. The reading nook in the entrance has coat hooks and built-in storage.
In the kitchen luxury is taken to a new level with its island unit complete with storage cupboards, wine rack and breakfast bar. An integrated electric oven with 4-burner gas hob and extractor is complemented with an integrated fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and microwave.
The central hallway provides access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. It even has some loft storage.
Bedroom one offers a luxurious escape with its king size bed floating dressing table. Sliding mirrored doors provide wardrobe space and access to the generous en suite. In here you will find his and hers vanity wash hand basin with storage above and below, a WC and walk in shower cubicle.
Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobe and dressing table. You will also find a door into the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom, with vanity wash hand basin, panelled bath and WC.
Externally the lodge will have a raised extensive decking to two sides, allowing easy access direct from the lodge, parking for two vehicles, a generous garden shed and a lower level garden area.
