I have really enjoyed living here because the location is fantastic – it’s only a few minutes walk to the station and to town, but at the same time it’s a quiet road and close to green spaces too - so it’s the best of both worlds. It’s great being so close to town for all the new shops and restaurants and not having to think about parking and taxis. It’s easy to get anywhere as it’s so close to the main roads, and it’s lovely to be home as it’s a spacious flat surrounded by greenery in a friendly yet quiet building. Being on the ground floor makes life easy for deliveries and shopping to so it’s really convenient. I’ve put a lot into renovating the flat so it’s a modern but homely and cosy space to enjoy too. I hope the new owner is as happy here as I have been.

The location really is awesome here, it's so close to town but also so green and quiet it's easy to forget how central and well connected you are here. The current owner really has done a lovely job with updating the kitchen, bathroom and the decor throughout is just turn-key ready for someone to move into. There's plenty of storage in the hallway and built into the main bedroom, and we really like how big the living space is with the kitchen semi-open plan but tucked away as well.

Friendship Way is around half a mile to Bracknell station and The Lexicon Shopping centre, with Bracknell Leisure Centre close by as well. You've got an abundance of parks on the doorstep from Mill Park to South Hill Park and tonnes of little playgrounds in between, as well as Swinley Forest 5 mins away in the car. You've got easy access to both M3 & M4 motorway networks close by, and the neighbouring towns of Crowthorne, Wokingham & Ascot are all within easy reach too.
