Directions
From Holsworthy proceed on the A388 towards Launceston, and join the A30 west bound sign posted Bodmin. Follow this for road for approximately 8 miles and take the slip road signposted Five Lanes/Trewint and Altarnun. After the slip road take the 3rd exit at the roundabout towards Five Lanes/Trewint and Altarnun. At the next junction, take the left hand turn and then the right hand turn immediately after. After a short distance take the next left hand turn. Follow this road for approximately 100 yards and take the left hand turn signposted Penpont View. Follow the road to the right hand side and number 39 will be the last bungalow on the right with a Bond Oxborough Phillips "For Sale" sign.
