The stairs lead to the landing which gives access to three double bedrooms. Bedroom one sits to the front of the property and enjoys woodland views, bedroom 2 is to the rear and has lovely views over the garden and bedroom three is to the side of the property and the window overlooks the side garden.

External
The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with planted beds and borders, bounded by fence and stone dyke. The lawned garden runs down the side of the house to the generous rear garden which is again laid to lawn, the land continues beyond the garden towards the river.

There is a track to the side of the property which is owned by our clients. This leads to a side gate to the rear garden where there is a concrete hardstanding for parking and also a storage shed and woodstore.
