Τhis is a one bedroom house in the traditional village of Piskokefalos, only 3 km. from the town of Sitia and all the beautiful beaches of the area.
The house is very close to the village centre only a short walk to the village taverns, shops and coffee shops.

The house is set on 2 floors with a picturesque front yard with a bocambilla and on the 1st floor a veranda with wooden pergola and vines overlooking the village.

Internally there is a total size of about 50 m2, on the ground floor there is a sitting area with stove, a kitchen with window and a bathroom with bathtub.
An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor which has a double bedroom with air conditioning and access to the veranda. An external staircase connects the terrace with the courtyard below.

Equipped with solar panel water heating.
There is easy road parking near the property.

Sitia is an attractive seaside town. White-washed houses cling to a hillside laced by steep staircases and topped with a ruined Venetian castle. Below, a promenade lined with tavernas and cafes hems in the fishing harbour.
It’s a slow-paced, friendly place where agriculture is the mainstay of the local economy.
A long, sandy beach skirts a wide bay to the east of town.

Sitia has a small airport with daily flights to and from Athens and a few charter flights from Europe during the summer. The international airport of Heraklion is 2 hours by car.
The port has ferry connections to Piraeus and other islands of the Cyclades and Dodecanese.
