"I have owned the property for over 27 years. I lived at the property for 14 years and rented it out for the past 13 years. The house is in a great position in St Marychurch, being close to the south west coastal path and a short walk to local beaches, including Oddicombe with the cliff railway. It is also a short walkable distance to Torquay golf club, very close to bus routes and local friendly St Marychurch precinct, offering shops, pubs and restaurants. Nearby schools are only a stones throw away." The house is in a friendly area with good neighbours and I thoroughly enjoyed my time living there. Previous tenants have always told me that they love the house and area.
