Nestling in the beautiful Otter Valley within an area of outstanding natural beauty, Otterton is renowned as a traditional and thriving Devon village. The world heritage Jurassic coastline lies within half a mile of the village and the nature reserve at the mouth of the River Otter, famous for its wide variety of bird life, is around a mile away.

Budleigh Salterton is approximately 3 miles distant and the city of Exeter lies approximately 12 miles from the village, with access to the M5 and airport being around 2 miles closer. Train links to London from Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St Davids.
