Sissinghurst is a small village in the county of Kent, situated centrally between Cranbrook, Goudhurst, Tenterden and Staplehurst and is most famous for its beauiful Nation al Trust Castle and the magnificent gardens created in the 1930s by Vita Sackville-West, poet and gardening writer. The Street runs through the centre of the village and is where the village pub, The Milkhouse, and a well stocked general store. Directions
From our office, continue down the High Street, bearing right into Stone Street. Continue, keeping to the left, out of the town on the Waterloo Road, to the Wilsley Pound roundabout. Take the 3rd exit onto the A262, towards Sissighurst/Biddenden. Continue into the village and after a short distance the cottage will be found on your right, identified by our for sale board.
