Description

GUIDE PRICE £800,000 - £850,000
Holly House is one of two recently built beautiful detached family homes which are Victorian in design, with a variety of architectural detailing relevant to this architectural era, which knit together to create two cohesive and harmonious high quality homes. The style of architecture is drawn from the character of many houses in the immediate area and incorporating the following detailing reflecting this era: large bay windows, gablet dormer windows, exposed rafter feet, brick interspersed with small sections of vertical tile hanging and brickwork, chimneys with decorative corbelling, traditional sash design windows and traditional gabled roofs. Internally the property provides spacious flexible living accommodation with contemporary open plan living space and separate sitting room. On the upper floor the bedroom accommodation incorporates en-suite facilities, as well as a family bathroom and linen store and on the second floor an office/bonus room. This two/three storey property is versitile in its layout. To the rear there is a garden laid to lawn with patio area and the property benefits from a double car port with store room above and gated driveway with additional parking. This family home has been built with unrivalled attention to detail combining elegance and luxury in a much sought after location.

Location

Dartford is the principal town in the borough of Dartford and is home to Dartford F.C. It is situated in the northwest corner of Kent, 16 miles (26 km) east south-east of Central London. Dartford became a market town in medieval times and, although today it is principally a commuter town for Greater London, it has a long history of religious, industrial and cultural importance and has an important rail hub. The main through-road avoids the town itself and the town centre offers many facilities including Prospect Place Retail Park, the Orchard theatre, library, museum, central park, weekly markets and an array of local shops and public houses. Dartford has plenty of schools catering from reception to year 13 which includes four grammar schools at secondary level. The town centre is situated in a valley through which the River Darent flows, and where the old road from London to Dover crossed: hence the name, from Darent + ford. Dartford also has a mainline railway station (truncated)

Directions

Go straight across the roundabout into Dartford Road where the development can be found on the right hand side down a concealed driveway. Follow the driveway to the bottom and the two new builds can be found in a private bonded natural gravel courtyard via a five bar gated entrance.
