Internally the property has plenty of character with high ceilings, some moulded cornice work, and an attractive tiled floor in the hall. The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors together with a loft room which was converted in the 1990’s and has been used as a bedroom during the present owner’s tenure of over 20 years. The rooms are spacious and enjoy plenty of natural light with large windows and a south facing aspect at the rear into the private courtyard. The property is double glazed, and a new kitchen was fitted in 2023 which incorporates an extensive range of storage cupboards beneath work surfaces, and an electric Beko oven with 4 ring hob. There are also doors from the kitchen and sitting room to the courtyard.
