In 2002, two new Directors including Elliotts current MD, Brian Huggins, to build on the firm base that had been established, but also to take the company to the next level. Both Directors being leading figures in the Property world in Brighton and Hove and who were disillusioned with the agencies they were working for at that time, felt those companies were too large and simply target orientated. Also like many other agencies, they had a culture which seemed not to care at all about the people they were dealing with, or the standard of the service provided. Everyone behind Elliotts believed it could be done so much better and so it proved! Elliotts have gone from strength to strength and not only have one of the best reputations around but are also without question, one of the most successful. We still strive to continually improve and innovate.
