Sellers View:

We have loved our time living in Peatmoor, Furze Close is a peaceful and friendly area with a real sense of community, it really is a lovely area to raise children. The house ticks all the boxes for a wonderful family home with a very versatile layout, excellent storage which has been a huge benefit, generously sized bedrooms and plenty of space to cover all our needs, as well as a large driveway and beautiful rear garden.

The location is also a huge benefit for us, with local amenities a short walk away, excellent schools, a gorgeous lagoon a stones throw away including the stunning Peatmoor community woodland and a lovely park to entertain the children. Being on the edge of countryside with Lydiard, Cricklade, Purton and Wootton Basset less than 10 minutes away has been lovely, as well as the convenience of being a short drive away from motorway access. We are fortunate to have such lovely neighbours and have made some great friends here.

We will miss living here, it has been a tough decision deciding to move, but with young children we need to be closer to family therefore we’ve made the difficult decision to relocate, it is now time for someone else to create some wonderful memories here.
