Ref. BV 13 - Villa on five floors, on the outskirts of Matera. The Villa is comparable to a modern Castle, distributed in a network of halls and rooms, including an underground (hidden) bunker, recently used as cold storage and warehouses.

The entrance of the Villa opens onto the property garden, which offers visitors a look at the unforgettable works of art from all over the world (the globe from Tunisia), the revolving table from the East, the star from Europe 'East.

The interior of the Villa is also a work of art. An entire floor with onyx floors, a second with Russian marble and gold floors, add a touch of elegance, while the stuccoed ceilings and the taps in pure gold and Swarovski give a regal atmosphere. Gold chandeliers and mother-of-pearl and gold leaf furniture complete the luxurious decor.

The property presents itself in all its majesty with the sumptuous halls embroidered with hand-decorated stucco, the loggia and the external courtyard which houses two Olympic swimming pools. One of the various fireplaces was built by a local craftsman for cooking pizza, in fact the room on the ground floor welcomes up to fifty guests for unforgettable events.

A walkway runs along the entire perimeter of the high walls from which the entire valley is dominated. Approximately 9000 m2 of land surround this luxurious property, with olive groves and ornamental plants.
