LOCATION
Villa Diamante is located in Vignola in the province of Modena, about 20 km from the city center. The property is located in a context characterized by total privacy and tranquility while remaining in a convenient location close to services and public transport.

GARDEN AND OUTDOOR SPACE
The Villa is divided into two units located on a large private lot of more than 4 hectares. Entrance to the property can be through two driveway gates, within the lot it is possible to park more than 10 cars in the large basement garage, and at least as many in the outdoor parking area. The villa's facades are plastered in white tones, the roof is made of brick tiles, and the gutters are made of exposed copper. There is also a large swimming pool, surrounded by a paved area with sunbeds and umbrellas, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Not far away, a well-maintained tennis court provides a perfect space for tennis enthusiasts, with a synthetic grass surface and a fence marking the perimeter. There is a brick barbecue harmoniously integrated into the architectural style of the house. On the second floor, from the sleeping area, there is access to an exclusive terrace from where there is a panoramic view of the Emilian hills. The lot is bordered by a hedge that provides privacy. The facades are plain plastered in muted colors, with brick tile roofs and exposed copper gutters. The exterior window frames of the villa consist of elegant white wooden shutters.
Placed in the center of the main facade of the predominant villa, just above the windows of the main floor, is embedded a round clock with a white dial and clearly visible Roman numerals painted in black, this central element not only marks the time but also enriches the aesthetics of the facade by adding a touch of timeless elegance. Access to the villa is via two driveway gates, both equipped with electro-assisted opening.
The villa is surrounded by a lush park landscaped to the finest detail, equipped with an advanced automatic irrigation implant. This system, discreetly hidden among flower beds and lawns, ensures that each plant receives the right amount of water, keeping the greenery lush year-round.
