Current Owners:
Living in our beautiful apartment on Beresford Road was a truly special experience.
We loved the vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere of this neighbourhood, with abundant independent cafes, local shops, and beautiful greenery right outside our doorstep. We particularly love the greengrocer at the bottom of the road with its amazing fresh produce.
The apartment itself is cosy and welcoming, yet bright and airy with high ceilings and huge windows that always catch the perfect amount of natural light.
We enjoyed being so well-connected, just a short stroll from bus and tube and the eclectic streets of Dalston, while still having our own little sanctuary to retreat to.
Location;
Beresford Road is a quiet tree-lined residential road which neighbours three highly desirable areas, including Newington Green, Canonbury and Dalston, all with individual character.
There is an array of everyday amenities alongside independent coffee shops and boutique shops.
Clissold Park and Highbury Fields are both within walking distance.
Transport;
Canonbury and Dalston Junction & Kingsland Overground Stations are within 5 minutes away offering quick routes to Central and East London.
Highbury and Islington Overground Station and Underground Station on the Victoria Line is also within walking distance or a quick bus with great transport all over London.
Ideal for first-time buyers or a Pied-à-Terre.
An early viewing is highly recommended.
